
Combine
1 kl sliced beef, 1 beef cube, enough water to tenderize the meat, 1 pc laurel leaf. Simmer until beef is tender. Drain meat and set aside
1 cup or more stock. Melt
2 tbsp butter and saute
1 small minced onions and
1 small can sliced champignon mushrooms. Add beef,
2 tbsp flour, and the reserved broth. Cook stirring constantly until thick. Add 2
tbsp parmesan cheese,
1 tbsp seasoning and salt to taste.
Best served with mashed potato and buttered vegetables.
