Pork Binagoongan


Heat oil in a pan. Saute minced garlic, onion and pork cubes. Cook until pork is brown then add bagoong guisado, water and vinegar. Simmer until the pork is tender. Season to taste with sugar, salt or bagoong. Cook until almost dry. Serve with scrambled egg, fried eggplant and unripe mango.

My high school bes tfriend took me out on a date for her birthday. We went to Footlose for a relaxing foot spa and had lunch at the nearby Kitaro.

Lumpiang Gulay and Macaroni Soup

Not exactly a perfect combination but I liked it anyway. The soup is for my daughter and the lumpia is for me. Of course, the lumpia has kamote :D. I ate these for lunch - without rice!
